There is a balance in this game, and that deserves praise.

The sizes of each map are inconsistent, which is a huge benefit as you wouldn’t want to just play in large maps, or just much smaller maps. The designs of the maps are extremely attractive, and it helps so much more when you are playing on the next-gen console. Although, I would’ve liked there to have been a little more. Nonetheless, the gameplay was a lot of fun and you would have more fun with teammates. The animation needs a lot of work as it is sometimes heavy, for example, poor movement when climbing up ladders and the sprinting has an arcade vibe. They might need to nerf this so that it is much fairer for everyone. The tanks in the game seem almost indestructible, which makes it great when you use it, but unbearable when you are on the receiving end. Especially for the tank, although this is the case, it is still unbelievably overpowered. Great for shooting and eliminating enemies, but not so fun because of how frustrating it is to steer them. Followed with this I also like how you are enabled to revive yourself after an enemy shoots you, rather than having to wait for a teammate to do it for you like certain first-person shooter games. What I particularly like is the realism in taking out your enemies by only needing between one to three shots, depending on the weapon and what bogy part you are shooting at him. The game would benefit more if they had included more weapons for depth, but with the ones that are already in, it’s not necessarily a big issue and, you would enjoy this game considerably. However, I do feel that only a few selections of weapons could use an improvement, such as the semi-automatic rifles, where it’s sometimes very difficult to even get a hit marker on an enemy. The Stg 44 weapon especially is extremely addictive and would motivate you to only use that assault rifle as the fire rate and low recoil make it so much fun to use. The mechanics hugely resemble Battlefield games.

The available platforms for this game are on Microsoft Windows, and next-gen consoled PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X and S.Īs it should be, the gameplay is this game’s brightest spark. It might take you some time to get into the game due to the button configuration, with as time goes by, you’ll get the hang of it.Įnlisted is a first-person shooter, squad-based massively multiplayer online game, that was developed by Darkflow Software and published by Gaijin Entertainment, and had released on March 2nd, 2021. This would be another reason for playing this game if you are a Call of Duty or Battlefield fan. Ironically, this game is somewhat a hybrid of Call of Duty and Battlefield, the two franchises that Enlisted is seemingly trying to compete against. However, that does not at all take away the enjoyment I had with this game. The strange thing is, although the game lacks so much originality and the level of creativity is close to being non-existent. Hopefully, as the months go by, the popularity of this game increases. But it hasn’t seemed to have gotten enough attention in the gaming world. The beta had released just a few weeks before the Enlisted has finally released this game. Then we have Enlisted, whose aim looks to compete with both powerhouse franchises.

It is fair to say that Call of Duty & Battlefield franchises does need some competition. If you love playing WWII games and you are a huge fanatic of one of the most historic periods ever, then Enlisted is a game worth at least having a goon and trying it out for yourself.
